hi camela this is michael foster's sweet heart chris.

well you've been so sweet about checking with him about our recent shipment of our much awaited for retro style kitchen table.

i'm afraid i am the bearer of bad news.

after the fun and excitement of recieving this table we had to paint the kitchen to set the stage for the perfect kitchen. much anxiouty and painting and money not to mention now we just have to get new curtains!! we finished up the painting late this afternoon. we had to stop for dinner you see i work out of my home and michael's son came over on his only day off to do the painting for us so we could expidite the unvailing. when dinner was finished and michael took his boy home my daughter and i decided we could put the table together ourselves. how funny when we took 10 minutes to get the box open only to find another box inside. we opened it top side down since we had already figured out that is how you put a table together. we carefully read the instuctions took inventory and proceeded to put the legs together and attach them to the underside of the talbe. we could hardly wait to turn the table over and center it in the middle of our sun room. as we tipped the table onto it's side from the box it had come in it was my daughter who noticed it first. a chip. about the size of a quarter. our hearts sunk. upon furthur investigation we saw a gash in the box were the chip was. apparently the table had been damaged prior to it's even being put into the shipping box. you have no idea how disappointed we all are. michael was so beside himself he has asked me to tell you what happened. he is heartbroken. this was my christmas present. he was so excited to give it to me but i made him wait to even open it til it could be put in the perfect clean kitchen. i know you will make this right. i'm not sure how. more than anything we want a table without a chip in it. please tell us how we can rectify this. we are going to wait til tomorrow to open the chairs because we just couldn't stand another disappointment tonight. we are both so very very tired.please contact michael the moment you recieve this. we really appreciate how nice you have been and as i told michael from the way you've been so far i just know you'll be anxious to help us replace this table asap....thank you much...

so comfortable + durable

I love the Go chairs. I've purchased about 30 of them for different uses (dining table/conference rooms/waiting area) and the best thing about these chairs is that they're actually comfortable to sit in for an extended period of time. They're also durable. They're not like chairs from IKEA that last for 6 months. I've had a set of 4 light blue chairs for about 7 years now and they still look new.



My only complaint (and it's a minor one) is that the black ones kind of "grab" dust and hold on to it so it takes some attention to keep them looking clean.More detail ...

Impressive Chairs

These chairs are great! I bought them for a christmas gift for my daughter.

The construction appears to be very sound although as of yet I have not assembled the chairs. I have taken one set out of the box and all looks great. The price is fantastic the seat cushions would have been just fine for myself but the younger generation like's colors that pop. My solution I went and spent under $5.00 on fabric and re-covered the seat cushions. A very simple change for a modern look! I can't assemble the chairs until later this month but even my very picky husband is impressed with the quality of these chairs. I would have given them a 5 star reading but the assembly directions could use some improvement. This is my only and minor complaint.

I also must add that for myself I have bought several products via Amazon and not once have I run into one problem. This can't be said about some other online buying sites. These chairs are just beautiful and I think anyone else considering them wouldn't be dissapointed in any way!

Good Price and Quality Items- Misleading description- Poor construction

First of all let me tell you the frames on these chairs are not "Silver" they are painted 'Gray' with a poly coat. My wife and I purchased a new Table with a chrome base and the Chairs did not match. The Frames of the chairs are good quality material and so are the leather seat and back. The problem you will have on the assembly is the poor craftsmanship on the drilling and alignment of the holes to connect the leather back. If you have another person to help you might get 3 out of the 4 holes to align without striping a bolt. There is another craftsmanship issue with the assembly of the leather seat. The hole for the threaded insert (keensert) were drilled to deep in about 2/3 of the holes. With extra pressure you can get a thread to catch and tighten but on one of mine the hole was just too deep. I have to go the Home Depot to get a longer bolt for that hole. After assembly you have a beautiful set of Gray and Black leather Chairs for a Good Price.More detail ...

Decent Chair Worth the Price

These chairs were easy to assemble had minimal parts and are fairly sturdy. Overall I'm very pleased with them for the price. I'm not sure what the difference is between these chairs and the other white/natural Windsor chairs sold by Visiondecor perhaps a slight difference in appearance? The wood used to construct the chairs is good quality although I wish the bolts provided were a little stronger. Do not use a power tool to assemble these chairs or you'll end up stripping the bolt heads very easily. I did this on the first one and used an Allen wrench on the rest to avoid damage. Even using a hand tool it's possible to strip the bolt heads so don't over-tighten.



The instructions are simple and easy to follow although they don't contain any words. I noticed that there are two distinct sets of legs also. I think either set can be used as right or left but you have to be consistent. I'd separate the legs into two piles on either side of you during installation to make it easier. Also everything is a very tight fit so don't tighten any of the bolts until you complete the last step then get them all snug before tightening completely. You'll have a much sturdier chair and it will go together easier too.More detail ...

Great Chairs!

Just finished putting together 4 of these chairs and they are great! Super easy assembly- it only took me a little over an hour to do all 4. The cushions are definitely more brown than they appear in the picture which I am glad to see. Make sure to hold the cushions tight to the frame when screwing on the seats because the holes are not pre-drilled and they kind of wanted to wiggle which would have made them not straight. But I was able to get them all lined up easily and I was assembling solo. The only weird thing is two little holes at the top of each chair underneath the last horizontal top piece. Barely noticeable but not sure why the holes are there. The best thing about them is the backs are very tall which looks nice at the table. They feel very sturdy and I am very pleased. The seller do not provide tracking or carrier info. Ironically I was home waiting on a shipment from another seller when they arrived. A few bolt were missing (no big deali picked up replacements from HomeDepot for $2.00.
